Scottsdale Group Grief Therapy: The First Holiday Season

group grief therapy in Scottsdale.

Why Group Therapy?

The group process easily addresses many of the symptoms people find most difficult. Groups address the isolation we feel when we are struggling; in a group, you cannot suffer alone. Groups give access to a complete support system, groups help individuals practice skills in real-time and in real-life situations.

In the Office: Meets in the privacy of our Scottsdale office.

Walk + Talk Group Therapy happens outside in local parks or on hiking trails. Click to learn more about our Walk + Talk Therapy sessions and their benefits.

Come join us for an in-office grief support group. This weekly group will provide support to individuals coping with the first holiday season without their loved ones. In these 4 weeks of connected support, you will be given tools to use outside of sessions, an opportunity to process and be heard by a seasoned facilitator and other individuals who are standing in grief themselves.

This is a process group, not a therapeutic group. Group members will sign a confidentiality policy.

Missed group sessions will not be refunded. Members of this group will be offered material reviewed in the group.
