I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who works alongside clients to understand and move past stressors from life transitions, relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, pet loss and grief, and trauma.
I’m both excited and proud to be a part of MUV Counseling, and I look forward to the opportunity to provide compassionate and effective therapy to both clients in our Scottsdale counseling center and Arizona residents served through online counseling.

Experience
Over the last five years, I have worked directly with clients providing individual therapy. I have specialized in anxiety disorders, life transitions, depression, and healing trauma. My life’s work is to help clients challenge their unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs. Much of my experience has been counseling active-duty military veterans, their families, and first responders, helping them cope with the unique cultural stressors that arise with these roles.
As a therapist, I have a genuinely compassionate approach while also being direct. I use a person-centered approach and culturally sensitive treatments to build a truly unique therapeutic experience. I am trained in: cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based approach, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness therapy.
